Commission for Relations with Users

This Commission includes a chairman, arbitrators and their deputies, and representatives of associations and their alternates. This compulsory composition is supplemented at Institut Curie by a medical doctor representing the institution’s Medical Board and standing invitees, including the director of the hospital and the quality manager.
Analysis of complaints received
The Commission meets on a regular basis and makes recommendations to improve patient care. To this end, it examines written complaints sent to the hospital’s management and remarks taken from discharge questionnaires and satisfaction surveys.

The Director will respond directly and may submit your complaint to the Commission des Relations avec les Usagers. If appropriate, he or she will suggest that you meet with an arbitrator from the Commission.
