Bulk EV characterisation

The platform offers its expertise for the global analysis of the protein composition of extracellular vesicles by Western blot and/or flow cytometry after bead capture (including multiplexing conditions, allowing the analysis of 37 surface proteins in combination with a selection of one or several other markers). After an initial technical meeting to determine the appropriate technology(ies) and protein markers to be used (following the MISEV2018 recommendations), a first experiment and its analysis can be performed with the user by the platform. The user will then be able to carry out the experiments autonomously within the platform.
