Single EV characterization
The Cytometry platform has flow cytometers adapted to the analysis of very small particles such as extracellular vesicles: in particular the ImageStreamTR (AMNIS) and the cytoflex LX (Beckman), and the extracellular vesicles platform has the expertise for these applications. These devices allow the counting and analysis of fluorescence on vesicles. After a first meeting to define the protocol of production and marking of the vesicles, the acquisition and the analysis on the cytometers are done in the form of assisted use by the platform or autonomous.
