A Phase I Dose-Escalation Study of NBTXR3 Activated by Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy in Patients With Locally Advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Oral Cavity or Oropharynx
Description de l'essai
This phase I trial involves inoperable head and neck cancer patients who should be treated with radiotherapy alone. These patients will have an injection of nanoparticules in their tumor under general anesthesia the day before starting radiotherapy with the aim to improve efficacy of radiotherapy.
