Study evaluating 1) feasibility (number of DLT) , 2) efficacy (EFS at 1 year) of a treatment combining standard (irradiation and temozolomide) immunotherapy by Nivolumab in children and adolescents just operated on for high-grade gliomas supratentoriels (outside the middle line and mutated H3K27)
