HR Excellence in Research label
In February 2018, the Research Center of Institut Curie has been granted by the « HR Excellence in Research » label.
Awarded by European commission, this certification rewards research institutions committed to Human Resources Strategy For Researchers (HRS4R).
The Research Center is committed to a continuous improvement approach aiming to implement recommendations of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for their Recruitment.
One of the main strategic priority is to improve recruitment methods of researchers. Its goal is to develop job offers’ visibility, to increase attractiveness of European opportunities in research, to standardize and ensure more transparent selection procedures for applicants.
To help recruiters in this approach, a recruitment process handbook is currently in preparation. All steps of the process and dedicated advices for each of them will be detailed in it, to guarantee a quality approach while respecting the values and principles that we are committed to observe.
