Présentation

I joined the team in September 2023 as a postdoc at Institut Curie. My project is dedicated to characterize cell types and essential players that drive CNS tumors with BCOR internal tandem duplication (ITD) (CNS BCOR ITD tumors). These brain tumors occur in very young children, have no standard therapeutic protocol, and a bad prognosis. Following bulk sample profiling of CNS BCOR ITD tumors, very little is known regarding the oncogenic process driving tumor growth and the intra-tumoral heterogeneity observed at the histological level has not been further studied. In this sense, I am working with three different omics data types: single-nucleus RNA-Seq data, single-nucleus ATAC-Seq data and Spatial Transcriptomics data, applying on them several computational techniques related to clustering, image segmentation, and cell type deconvolution.
