Trial description

To evaluate the efficacy of a personalized treatment based on molecular profiling of the tumor, compared to standard treatment (usually chemotherapy), in patients whose disease has progressed after first-line therapy.;Secondary objectives:;Assess overall survival and progression-free survival.;Measure treatment response rates.;Study treatment safety and tolerance.;Explore predictive biomarkers (via genomic, transcriptomic, and molecular analyses).
