Every year, dozens of post-doctoral students join Institut Curie research teams to train alongside renowned experts, exchange ideas and make an active contribution to scientific and medical projects. They receive a wide range of funding, including international funding and/or team funding as part of specific programs and international networks.

Doing a PhD
Doing a PhD at Institut Curie means evolving in a dynamic environment based on the multidisciplinary approaches and high level of expertise offered by the institute's research teams and translational research groups.
All PhD students benefit from high-quality supervision thanks to the thesis committees set up in accordance with the personalized recommendations of their host unit's advisor.
They also have access to a program of seminars, international courses and training programs, linked to their research theme, cutting-edge techniques, or more general training important for their career development and soft skills.

Doing a Master 2
Around 50 students are welcomed into Institut Curie research teams to complete their Master's degree. The requirements are as follows:Â
•    be a Master 1 student,Â
•    be a medical doctor or in the process of obtaining a DES, assistantship or equivalent, Â
•    be a pharmacist who holds or is in the process of obtaining a DES or equivalent,Â
•    be attached to one of Institut Curie's partner universities
•    propose a scientific project in line with Institut Curie research themes, in collaboration with an Institut Curie physician and/or researcher.
