Trial description
Here is the translation of the study objectives into English:;1. Compare the bleeding induced by the removal of the primary dressing between a hemostatic dressing and a non-hemostatic dressing after the first bleeding episode.;2. Assess pain on day 1 during dressing removal.;3. Observe the frequency of bleeding episodes over 6 months.;4. Describe the characteristics of bleeding and its immediate consequences.;5. Describe the local care during a bleeding episode.;6. Evaluate the stress of patients, their family members, and healthcare providers after a bleeding episode.;7. Assess the quality of life of patients (Inclusion À M1 À M3 À M5).;8. Describe the medical management related to bleeding episodes.;9. Evaluate bleeding induced based on the subgroups of non-hemostatic dressings (Interface and absorbent draining dressings).
