The International Scientific Advisory Board

The missions of the International Scientific Advisory Board

The International Scientific Advisory Board comprises between 9 and 18 members, appointed by the Supervisory Board on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Executive Board. It deliberates on the institute's major orientations and on its scientific and medical-scientific activity programs. It gives its opinion on the creation, closure and hosting of research programs, after consultation with the relevant Scientific Commission where appropriate, as well as on the appointment of Hospital Group and Research Center directors.
