ALEXANDRE ACRAMEL

After being recruited as a specialist assistant pharmacist within the Anticancer Drug Production Unit (UPAC) of the Department of Pharmacy at Institut Curie (Paris site), I joined the Faculty of Pharmacy of Université Paris Cité in 2019 as part of a hospital-university career path, first as an Academic Hospital Assistant (AHU), then as a Hospital-University Practitioner (PHU), and finally as a Hospital-University Lecturer and Hospital Practitioner (MCU-PH). I joined the Clinical Pharmacy teaching unit and the CiTCoM laboratory, while continuing my pharmaceutical activities within the UPAC.

My research is conducted within the Medicinal Chemistry and Translational Research team, where, under the supervision of Professor Yves Jacquot, I completed a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry focused on the synthesis of potential inhibitors of the GPER signaling pathway and their application to triple-negative breast cancer. I am currently continuing my research in this field.
