ALICE BLONDEL

I am a PhD researcher specializing in image analysis in histopathology, having joined the Institut Curie in November 2023.

My research area focuses mainly on histopathology image analysis, where I strive to deploy innovative Deep Learning methods for the prediction of molecular subtypes of cancer and then survival.

I also work on spatial transcriptomics data, to better understand molecular dynamics in a spatial context.
