Presentation
Benjamin earned his Ph.D. in Cellular Biology from the University of Lyon. He carried out his first postdoctoral training at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute in Japan where he studied mechanisms associated to apoptosis. Afterwards, he completed his second postdoctoral training at the NeuroMyogene Institute at Lyon, he was interested in deciphering molecular mechanisms involved in the nervous system. In 2019, he was recruited as an assistant professor in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology at the University of Paris-Saclay, and joined the team. His work is focused on proteins expressed at the cell surface during the initiation and the development of some medulloblastoma types.
