Presentation

The goal of my PhD project is to understand the control of a tubulin post-translationnal modification, the tubulin polyglutamylation, in neurons. The lab has already shown some implication of a disruption of this modification both in cells and in mice, however, little is known about its physiological regulation. By using imaging technics such as live-cell TIRF microscopy, NanoSIMS microscopy or expansion microscopy I will explore how the tubulin polyglutamylation is regulated in neurons in different physiological conditions and developmental stages.
