Hamid Mammar is a specialist in the Department of Radiation-oncology at the Institut Curie. His clinical activity is mainly dedicated to brain tumors, lung tumours, sarcomas but also breast tumors. He specializes in innovative irradiation techniques, such as stereotactic radiation therapy and Protontherapy.
His research activity focuses on tumor metabolism, radioresistance of tumours and on new irradiation techniques: Mini-beams; High-speed; Radiation associated with nanoparticles.
He carries several clinical research protocols. His teaching activity is carried out by the interns of the Department of Oncology-radiotherapy and the doctors registered with the radiosurgery and radiotherapy stereotactic
