PASCALE MARIANI

Dr Mariani Pascale has been a qualified visceral surgeon since 1994.  She has been a specialist cancer center physician since 2002 and since this time has been head of the general and digestive surgery unit at Institut Curie.

Her surgical focus areas are the treatment of primitive digestive tumors, hepatic surgery and treatment of peritoneal carcinoses, which in some cases feature an IPCH (INTRAPERITONEAL CHEMO HYPERTHERMIA).

She is involved in several clinical and translational research projects. For many years she has collborated with the Institut Curie Research Center (UMR144) to improve knowledge about tumors.

Dr Mariani is Vice-President of the national professional council of visceral and digestive surgery.  She is a member of the French society for digestive surgery (SFCD) and member of the Board of Directors and the office of the French society of surgery (ARC).
