Presentation

I'm a research engineer in bioinformatics. I work mainly on epigenetics aspect of Ewing sarcoma tumors, which is characterized by the fusion EWS-FLI1. I analyze high throughput sequencing data generated in the laboratory (WGS, WES, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, HiChIP) to better characterize this cancer.
