THEO LASSALE

Théo graduated from the University of Bordeaux with a license in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2019. He carried out his third year of study in England, at the University of York, as part of the Erasmus+ program. In June 2021, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics. In September 2021, he joined the University of Exeter (UK) and obtained a Master's degree in Data Science applied to healthcare.

Following his professional experience in bioinformatics as part of his Master's research internship, he joined the Institut Curie, in December 2022, and more specifically, the Cancer Systems Biology team headed by Emmanuel Barillot, working in collaboration with the bioinformatics platform headed by Nicolas Servant. His mission was to analyze omics data on immunogenic cell death and patient response to treatment. In January 2025, he joined our laboratory as an engineer and is in charge to analyze the different omics data generated from medulloblastoma samples. In the laboratory, he works in close collaboration with biologists and clinicians.
