Novel Insights in Immunology and Cancer Enabled by Molecular Pixelation 3D Proteomics

17 January - 11h00 - 23h59

Centre de recherche - Paris

Webinar

Online seminar

Description

Understanding the spatial organization of cell surface proteins is critical for advancing immune research and therapeutic development. Molecular Pixelation (MPX) offers a groundbreaking, optics-free DNA sequencing based approach for single-cell 3D proteomics, enabling high-throughput analysis of protein abundance, spatial distribution, and protein colocalization on thousands of individual cells in suspension using only a reagent kit - no specialized equipment required. MPX has e.g. been used to uncover cancer-specific phenotypes in hematological malignancies, as well as provided novel insights into CAR-T cell functionality and efficiency. Other applications of the technology include differentiation between responders from non-responders in cancer treatments, and to study key immune processes like migration and adhesion.
