The Executive Board

The Executive Board's missions

The Executive Board oversees Institut Curie's direction, administration and management. It is vested with the broadest powers to act in all circumstances on behalf of the foundation.

The members of the Executive Board may, with the authorization of the Supervisory Board, allocate management duties among themselves. Under no circumstances, however, may this division of duties have the effect of depriving the Executive Board of its collegiate role in the management of Institut Curie.

The Chairman of the Executive Board and the other members of the Executive Board, if so authorized by the Supervisory Board, represent Institut Curie in its dealings with third parties and in all civil acts.

Executive Board members

Executive Board members are appointed by the Supervisory Board for a renewable term of six years.Â
