Healthcare professionals, join Institut Curie
The first French cancer center, Institut Curie upholds a holistic vision of patient care, bringing together excellence in treatment, humanity and kindness.
Because the women and men who live this “Curie Spirit” are its most precious asset, the institute makes sure to offer its employees a rich and stimulating work environment, quality of life and career paths.
The Hospital Group of Institut Curie includes several sites in Paris, Saint-Cloud and Orsay.
Taking care of caretakers

Because it’s essential to take care of those who provide care, Institut Curie makes it a priority to offer its 2,390 Hospital Group employees optimal professional and working conditions.
It’s a culture of “taking care” which relies on several pillars:
- A balance between private and professional lives, a major issue of our strategic plan “Curie 2030 - hopes against cancer.” We’re multiplying our initiatives to better support this balance: parental guidance, availability of child care, housing, remote work…
- Preventing professional risks, by accompanying our employees, whatever their profession.
- Quality infrastructure and resources, to respond to the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients. That’s why, for example, we expanded our Saint-Cloud site by 14,000 m². It was a major project to better welcome our patients and their families to improve care and also facilitate the work of our teams.

New treatments, new care protocols, new technologies. The world of research is profoundly changing the practices at the heart of health establishments. To offer patients the best possible care, Institut Curie promotes training among its employees: professional development, conferences, seminars, university degrees…

Another distinguishing factor of Institut Curie is its research-care continuum, implemented from its very beginnings. It’s a model that allows the Hospital Group to benefit directly from the scientific work of the institute’s Research Center, which is equally nourished by on-the-ground experience of its healthcare professionals. It’s a virtuous cycle which allows faster progress against cancer, for the benefit of the patients.
