The role of the international patient services team

Our team of professionals can

• Help you to put together your file on the international patient web platform
• Obtain a course of care proposal suited to your pathology and condition.
• Take care of administrative formalities needed to obtain a visa.
• Organize the course of care, including making appointments, transfers between sites and various reservations, to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.
• Provide long-term support during crucial appointments or when you might not wish to be alone
• Arrange for an interpreter for your medical appointments
• Solve problems that may arise during your stay
• Organize your return home, and schedule follow-up exams and appointments if needed

From the moment you arrive at Institut Curie, we will be at your side to provide everyday support. So that you can focus on your treatment.

The financial estimate for your treatment includes these services. Any further services and concierge services that you may request aside from those offered by Institut Curie will be billed in addition.

Concierge services
 

Alongside the course of treatment you have agreed to receive at Institut Curie, the institute has partnered with C3Medical, a medical concierge company, to provide you with the additional services you will need during your stay. We have negotiated special conditions for our patients with C3Medical. The services available include scheduling appointments outside Institut Curie (medical or otherwise), organizing visits from care assistants and paramedical personnel, reserving various types of transportation and accommodations, purchasing and delivering medications and equipment, delivering meal trays, organizing visits by your friends and family, etc.
