Amna Chabaane obtained an engineering degree in Industrial Biology from INSAT (Tunisia) in 2015, a research master’s degree in Immunology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases from Université Grenoble Alpes in 2016, and a PhD in fundamental hematology in 2020 from the Saint-Louis Research Institute. She subsequently gained four years of experience as a global and clinical project manager within the European project ImmunAID (funded by the Horizon 2020 programme, https://immunaid.fr/), where she coordinated the scientific, organizational, and clinical aspects of the consortium.
In 2024, she joined Institut Curie in Paris as Chief Data Manager of the PEPR Cell-ID programme (https://www.pepr-cell-id.fr/). In this role, she is responsible for coordinating data collection at the national level, including metadata structuring, data centralization, governance, quality control, interoperability, and data valorization across the different projects of the programme.
