PhD Student
Presentation
Bryan graduated from ENS Paris-Saclay in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Molecular Chemistry and Interfaces. During his Master 2 research internship, under the supervision of Kevin Renault, he worked on the synthesis of a modified nucleoside designed for click-chemistry reactions, enabling selective and efficient cell labeling.
In September 2025, Bryan started a PhD in the Chemistry and Modeling for Cancer Biology Unit at Institut Curie, under the co-supervision of Florence Mahuteau-Betzer and Kevin Renault. His project focuses on the development of profluorescent probes with two-photon absorption for the detection of enzymes overexpressed in the tumor microenvironment. The aim of this research is to improve fluorescence-guided surgery by providing more precise tools for tumor tissue visualization.
