FANNY COFFIN

With an engineering degree from INSA Lyon, Fanny Coffin joined the bioinformatics platform at the Institut Curie in 2006.

She initially worked on software development projects, and then on data analysis.

Today, her work is integrative, at the intersection of several disciplines: medicine, biology, computer science, and law.

She coordinates the Data Integration Support (DIS) team, which is in charge of software development and data integration monitoring for:

- institutional, national, and European clinical trials (SHIVA/SHIVA02, the European ImmunAID consortium, RHU Cassiopeia, PEPR Cell-ID)

- and the research teams at Institut Curie.

On a daily basis, she handles user requirements gathering, functional specifications, application testing, and user support.

She is also the Tech Transfer Ambassador for the bioinformatics platform (https://curie.fr/lequipe-tech-transfer).
