He joined the Bioinformatics group of Institut Curie in 2003 as a research engineer. His research interest concerns the development of biostatistical algorithms for high-throughput data, the development of information system for heterogeneous data interoperability in oncology, and the software engineering for high-performance computing. In 2008, he defended his PhD in mathematics from AgroParisTech under the supervision of Jean-Jacques Daudin and Emmanuel Barillot. In 2010 his was appointed deputy-director of the Bioinformatics Core facility at Institut Curie and is now co-director with Emmanuel Barillot and Nicolas Servant since 2019.
