Institut Curie is a major player in cancer research and treatment. It consists of a hospital and a Research Center with over 1,000 collaborators and strong international representation.
The objective of the Research Center is to develop fundamental research and use the knowledge produced to improve cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy, ensuring a continuum between basic research and innovation for the benefit of patients.

Job description
Â
As part of the development of the scientific program, the Research Center’s management wishes to add a Project Management Officer to its team to support the Deputy Director of Research in her missions with research units and teams, technology platforms, and the advanced training office.
Missions
The Project Management Officer will support the Deputy Director of Research in project management and monitoring, implementing and tracking action plans, preparing meeting materials, and following up with participants.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Project coordination: Coordinate the various stages of projects, ensuring effective communication between teams and delivering on time.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Action plan implementation: Develop and structure detailed action plans for each project in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Action plan monitoring: Regularly monitor action plans, identify delays or obstacles, and propose solutions to overcome them.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Meeting material preparation: Create and update meeting materials (presentations, reports, etc.) according to the specific needs of each meeting.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Participant follow-up: Ensure participants are reminded to guarantee their presence and preparation for meetings.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Risk management: Identify and assess potential project risks and implement mitigation plans.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports on projects and present them to management.

Candidate Profile
Â
Education and experienceÂ
-       Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5), Master 2 in project management, management, or a related field.
-       Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or a similar role.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Personal qualities: Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualities
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and potential issues.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, etc.).
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Languages: Proficiency in French and English.

Contract information
