Presentation

I am working in Céline VALLOT's since 2017, and I am developping technologies and methods to study epigenome in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), mainly looking at H3K27me3, HK4me1 and H3K27ac histones modifications. First, we developped bulk methods (ChIPseq), and we are now moving towards single-cell technolgies (single-cell ChIPseq, single-nulcei CUT&Tag), to appreciate epigenomic heterogeneity in our samples.
