Research - Paris

Presentation

Holder of a Master’s degree in Life Sciences with a specialization in “Genetics and Development,” obtained with honors from the University Côte d’Azur in Nice, I completed two significant laboratory internships. At the Mediterranean Center for Molecular Medicine in Nice, under the supervision of Dr. Johanna Chiche, I studied the role of serine metabolism in the progression of B-cell lymphomas treated with L-asparaginase. At the Curie Institute in Paris, under the guidance of Dr. Emmanuel Farge, I analyzed the RET-dependent mechanical induction in the formation of colon stem cells and tumor progression. These experiences allowed me to develop strong technical skills in cellular biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and biophysics.

Currently a PhD student under the supervision of Emmanuel Farge (Team ‘Mechanics and Genetics of Embryonic and Tumoral Development’ – Institut Curie) and Christine Ménager (Team ‘Inorganic Colloids’ – PHENIX Laboratory), I am conducting a preclinical interdisciplinary project aiming to inhibit the tumor component mechanotransductively induced by tumor growth pressure, in vivo
