Post-Doctoral Researcher
Presentation
From Italian origin, I got my Master's degree in "Molecular and Cellular Biology" at the University of Bologna (Emilia-Romagna). My adventure in France started few years ago, when I started my PhD in Nice (University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis) under the supervision of Dr. Nathalie Mazure, first in Jacques Pouysségur's lab and then in Frédéric Bost's lab at the Centre Méditerranéen de Médecine Moléculaire (C3M). There, I worked on metabolism and primary cilia in cancer. I am currently a post-doc in Vagner's lab, working on the role of mRNA translation in melanoma non-genetic resistance to targeted therapy.
