We employ transdisciplinary approach combining advanced biophysical methods (single-molecule FRET, single particle tracking, optical tweezers), biochemistry (in-vitro protein reconstitution), and synthetic biology (such as click-chemistry) to explore the influence of conformations and protein-protein interactions in cell functions.
