I am a postdoctoral researcher focused on bioinformatics, systems biology, and machine learning. My current research is on deciphering genotype-phenotype associations by boosting GWAS analysis. We use biological network methods to retrieve genes likely associated with a phenotype of interest. In this case, we focused efforts on unveiling genetic insights for psoriasis; nonetheless, we plan to apply our approach to other polygenic diseases.
