Presentation

I joined the team in February 2022 after four years of training at the École Normale Supérieure - PSL-University, where I obtained a master's degree in Systems Biology, Genomics and Bioinformatics, as well as a master's degree in Human Physiopathologies from Sorbonne University. Driven by the desire to understand the molecular mechanisms of human disease in depth, I am interested in regulatory pathways and associated transcriptional programs, as well as the multiple heterogeneities between patients. Since September 2022, I have been pursuing a PhD in bioinformatics within the team and Computational Oncology department. My research project focuses on the microenvironment of IDH-mutated gliomas, aggressive brain tumors which, after relapse, are often fatal. My work aims to characterize spatial heterogeneities by exploiting spatial transcriptomic data and mobilizing statistical analysis methods.

I'm also an instructor at the Biology Department at ENS-PSL, where I teach tutorials for Masters and Bachelor students, particularly in programming with R and Python, and genomics data analysis.
