Molecular biologist by training, Albertas Navickas is the head of the "RNA, Tumor Microenvironment and Metastasis" team, interested in gene regulatory networks acting in the metastatic niche. His lab combines stem-cell derived organoid models and single-cell genomics to study the distant tissue interactions involved in the metastatic cascade.
