My thesis subject is "Development of machine learning approaches for the identification of a molecule for ATIP3-deficient triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), and new targets therapies and drugs". I am co-supervised by a multidisciplinary team of bioinformaticians: Chloé Azencott and Véronique Stoven (CBIO-Mines Paris PSL/U900), a computer scientist Olivier Collier (Paris Nanterre University) and a biologist: Clara Nahmias (Institut Gustave Roussy )
