Présentation

After a Master degree in Biology and Human Health, I started working as an engineer at the Imagine Institute where I learned to use the Drosophila melanogaster model. I am now engineer in Allison Bardin's team since March 2021. I use drosophila to study stem cells and tissue homeostasis. My techniques include: genetic crossing and dissection of Drosophila (larvae and adults), confocal fluorescence imaging, molecular biology (PCR, sequencing, in situ hybridization...).
