Présentation
Sandrine Grossetête is a research engineer in bioinformatics. She analyzes high throughput sequencing data generated in the laboratory (WGS, WES, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, HiChIP). She is developing informatic approaches in order to make the best use of these data and to integrate them together. She works mainly on Ewing's sarcoma, a pediatric cancer.
