I am looking at protein interaction on curved membrane surfaces. My project interests in understanding the interaction of different BAR proteins with membranes and their assembly and orientation on the geometry at the very advent of membrane scission. More interestingly the mechanistic pathway of several BAR and other associated proteins and how they synergistically help membrane scission.
