Supportive care for eye tumors
In addition to medical treatments for eye tumors, Institut Curie offers supportive care as part of the overall management of its patients: psychological and social support, rehabilitation, nutritional support, pain management, adapted physical activity, etc.
Institut Curie is also coordinating a trial designed to evaluate the patient management process combined with supportive care from the very start of metastases treatment, even in the absence of specific symptoms: Early together. The aim is to improve patient care and quality of life. Patients are invited to fill in a questionnaire to measure their appreciation of this joint care.
