Group leader of the ncRNA, epigneitc and genome fludity team

My team is interested in understanding long non coding RNA (lncRNA), their processing and functional significance, from yeast to human, by using large scale transcriptomic and genetic engineering strategies. Our approaches use in vitro model organisms to tumor collected from breast cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer patients in collaboration with hospital teams.

I am also the scientific head of the media facility of Trouillet building.
