Conventional cytometry
CYTPIC has conventional flow cytometers based on the use of fixed monochromatic excitation sources and collection of maximum emissions using BP filters whose signal visualization is adjusted by compensations. Allowing the measurement of 1 to 27 parameters simultaneously, some instruments are thermostatically controlled and can be associated with a plate reader allowing high throughput screening.
