Imaging cytometry

To complete its instrument offer and increase its analysis power, CYTPIC is equipped with an image cytometer. This instrument is a bridge between microscopy and cytometry allowing to measure the intensity of fluorescence but also to evaluate the localization of the fluorescence within the single cell in suspension.
The quantification of parameters such as (co-)localization, morphological changes or even cell-cell interactions on hundreds of thousands of cells gives great statistical power of analysis and undeniable added value to conventional cytometry.
