RT-SuperES imaging: Join us!

Our Team “Chromatin dynamics” headed by G. Almouzni at Institut Curie welcomes talented Postdocs or researchers to join us in a new European Horizon 2020 EIC Pathfinder program entitled "RT-SuperES: Real-time high-content super-resolution imaging of ES cells". This multi-international RT-SuperES consortium is established between Institut Curie (France), the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel - coordinater), Abbelight (France), the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (France), the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (Germany) and the Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (Portugal).

We aim to unravel chromatin and cell properties using new approaches in imaging to link with our functional studies. This project is dedicated to the study of stem cell differentiation, with the development of a new generation of super-resolution microscopes. The project will involve the application of new algorithms for real-time image processing and machine learning, as well as new optical systems for super-resolution imaging to follow cell fate during cell cycle and differentiation.

Interested and curious about changes in chromatin and cell properties using new approaches, join our team and find great colleagues and a vibrant environment! Check job description here.
